Please join us for a presentation on the Steel House Lofts project by real estate developer Dennis McDaniel, owner of Austin Fairchild Management Company, LLC.

Mr. McDaniel will outline this new adaptive re-use project, located in San Antonio's SoFlo neighborhood, in what was formerly the historic Peden Iron & Steel Building. Final design calls for residential lofts and live/work spaces that will bring a contemporary attitude to this urban enclave on southern edge of the city's central business district. The Steel House Lofts will be located at 1401 South Flores Street.
