This ULI San Antonio special membership breakfast offers members and their guests the opportunity to learn more about how to get the most out of participation in the preeminent organization for real estate professionals. ULI is a trusted idea place where leaders come to grow professionally and personally through sharing, mentoring, and problem solving. At this breakfast, members are invited to bring a guest who will benefit from joining ULI San Antonio, and to hear a presentation on the redevelopment of HemisFair Park.

The ULI San Antonio chapter has arranged for Madison Smith, President of the newly formed HemisFair Park Redevelopment Corporation, to present information about the HemisFair redevelopment effort. Madison is a founding Principal of Overland Partners, a San Antonio based architecture, planning and development management firm and has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years.

For this special event, we encourage members to bring a guest for a special discounted rate. Non-ULI members not accompanied by a member, may attend for a fee.
