Despite 12 long years with closed doors, a Texas Legend returns. The Lone Star Brewery is reopening as the newest, modern Texas living destination. Once known for brewing the "National Beer of Texas" in "the world's most beautiful brewery," the Lone Star Brewery sets forth an amazing 22-acres of incredible residence spaces, entertainment and dining options along the banks of the beautiful San Antonio River. From spacious lofts or live-work town homes, to an oversized Olympic pool, and on-site beer gardens, the Lone Star is redefining resort-style living in San Antonio. Mark Tolley will be the guest speaker for a talk and tour of the project. Mark is Managing Partner of B. Knightly Development & Construction, who purchased the vacant brewery a few years ago to create this Lone Star urban renewal project. The new development has released 51 residential units in Phase 1 (45 sold to date) with an additional 120 units worth of adaptive reuse space planned.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Tolley has worked with institutional private investors from across the nation. Over the past 7 years, he has been responsible for the acquisition, development, and sale of over 4,000 residential units in California, Texas, and Oregon. B. Knightly Development and Construction specializes in the field of urban in-fill and adaptive reuse residential housing. As a national leader in this arena, B. Knightly is proud to have been an integral part in the recent pioneering, rediscovery, and revitalization that is occurring in prior neglected urban cores throughout the United States.
